SHIPPING POLICY

*Order processing takes 2-3 business days(excluding weekends and holidays)

* Please confirm your shipping address before submitting your order.

* KANCAN USA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR REFUNDS.

* If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 3 days upon delivery for a CREDIT MEMO ONLY.

* All returned merchandises after 3 days from the delivery date will be assessed 20% restocking fee.

* Customers are responsible for providing their own return label.

* All returned merchandises must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags intact.

* Claims for damaged merchandises must be made within 7 days upon delivery.

* Claims for damaged merchandises made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* All returned merchandises must be accompanied by RMA number. Returned merchandises without pre-approved RMA numbers will be assessed 20% re-stocking fee.
